Thanks for opening my newsletter!

1. What's new?
2. When to see me? (hint: this weekend!)
3. Deals!
(At the farmers' market, mention you received this newsletter for 10% off!)

For FOOD SCIENCE factoids, look for orange text...

New from Food Scientist Dave's factory!

1. Fresh Black Garlic batch!

Umami Mama Mia! Spread the news! And spread the black garlic! (unlike others, which are dry)

2. Walnut Apples! Peanut Apples! Pistachio-Cranberry Apples!

Caution: I might not get the batch done in time for the weekend... Argh!

 3. More flavors of dried tomatoes:

I finally packed up my dried tomatoes with wasabi and my "Mediterranean" (with olives)! Come down for a taste! The wasabi tomatoes are super-spicy! The version with olives are amazing! Healthy and convenient: since you won't have oily/messy-hands and no added fats!

Better than sundried! (eg: no sulfites! No insects! Gross!)

And no added fats/oils!
And no added sugars nor corn syrup!
USA Grown!

 Seasoned in SIX FLAVORS!

1. Dave's Original Spice Blend
2. Teriyaki! (Hai! Sugoi!)
3. Peanut Curry (difficult flavor but one of my favs, similar to massaman curry!)
4. BBQ (a classic!)
5. Wasabi (hopefully it hits you!)
6. Mediterranean (1st run, with olives! Yum!)

Order a bag here before the tomatoes gone!

    In case you missed it:

I was interviewed by Huntington's Nick Rizzo of "Rizzology"

He conducts a wide range of interviews, but he has a special interest in health and fitness. His guests are lots of tuff guys & gals, so I'm happy to included in the tuff mix! We talked a lot of about food science!

Nick is a skilled videographer, and super-caring dog-dad to an incredibly smart and loyal Akita, Kenji.

Click on thumbnail to watch interview:

If you have a need for video & photography creative work / marketing, definitely can't hurt to inquire for Nick's expertise! His recording studio in Huntington is high tech!
