Pulsar Foods, Gourmet Magic, K9 Bros, and Bubble Science are a convergence of culinary art, food science, physics, software engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. Our products cover a wide range of disciplines, including laser-engraved foods, as well as and digital assets, representing proprietary innovation. We aggressively protect our intellectual property to ensure the integrity of the business lines’ experiences provided to our customers.

1. Patents & Patents Pending

The proprietary systems and methods used by Pulsar Foods to execute high-precision, variable-depth laser engraving on food substrates are the subject of pending patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Notice: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering of our food-safe engraving processes or specialized hardware configurations may constitute patent infringement.

Our trademarks identify the source of our goods. Use of these marks, or confusingly similar marks, in connection with food, laser services, or apparel without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright & Original Artwork

All "Source Code" artwork engraved on our products, including the specific arrangement of syntax, logic loops (e.g., WHILE COFFEE == TRUE { EAT++ };), and "futon" (photon) wave diagrams, are original creative works protected under the Copyright Act of 1976.

4. Trade Secrets

Pulsar Foods and related companies maintains proprietary "Recipes for Light"—specific laser frequency, speed, and focal parameters optimized for organic substrates to ensure flavor integrity and visual high-definition without carbonization. These parameters are treated as confidential trade secrets.

We maintain confidential trade secrets on all our recipes and process parameters for dehydration as well as caramelization of foods such as but not limited to garlic for creation of black garlic and black garlic sauces, apples, pears, tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, eggplant.

We maintain proprietary trade secrets in the process of producing Bubble Science wands and premium soap-solution.

5. Enforcement

Pulsar Foods and related companies monitors the marketplace (including NYC retail environments and digital storefronts) for infringements. We reserve the right to take all necessary legal action to protect our brand equity and technological innovations.
