#1: What's new?
Waldorf Salad inspired:

NEW PRODUCT: Green Apples with Cranberries and Walnuts

I have many spinoff flavors using red apples, but not with green apples. I love cranberries, and it dawned on me that cranberries would pair nicely with granny smith apples!

No sugar added!

I had to specially source unsweetened (naturally sweet) cranberries!

Order a bag here before they're gone!

No sulfites nor preservatives, nor corn syrup, etc...

I specifically use walnuts because walnuts are not only delicious, but also contain a high level of omega-3 fatty acid "alpha-linolenic acid" (ALA) (not found in almonds nor most other nuts.)

ALA is synthesized in some land-dwelling plants' fat stores. ALA is converted in our bodies into the biological form DHA and EPA (Docosahexanoic Acid and Eicosapentanoic Acid) as part of the human brain, skin and blood vessels, since the omega-3 molecule provides cell membranes with elasticity and lubrication. DHA and EPA are found in algae, which are eaten by fish, which is why fish and fish oil is nutritious. However, alternate sources of omega-3 are important, such as walnuts! Which is why I love to find uses for walnuts with my dried apples!

More omega-3 info can be found on wikipedia.

    In case you missed it:

Some kitschy logos I made for a DIY retail display... which intentionally looks like a rocket, as well as my new factory showroom DIY signage:

This "DIY" seems to be a theme...
