Opportunity to work directly with founder of this company.

Work is related to FOOD PRODUCTION. Nice to have are social media and marketing, but immediately needed is food production help. This includes:

1. Preparing fruits, vegetables, meats for dehydrator, such as operating slicing machinery and putting food onto trays using semi-automatic machinery as well as manual placement of food onto trays for drying.

2. Doing the above work in a refrigerated environment

3. Removing finished/dried foods from trays and placing into bulk-bags.

4. Filling bulk bagged product into individual packages of appropriate weight for consumer.

Additional training when time is available will be provided in engineering, food production development and other production and business disciplines.

1. Education: Undergraduate degree in Food Science from Cornell University. MBA from Baruch College in Finance

2. Some notable work experience:

Product developer / Food Scientist / Process Engineer / Formulator for Nature's Bounty: tablet and capsule Vitamin and dietary supplement manufacturing. Private label manufacturer of the Zone Bar, Pure Protein, MetRX, and MREs for the Armed Forces.

Business Analyst for the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi within the Corporate & Investment Bank Division

At current business, constructed world's largest DIY food dehydrator (from scratch.) Developed approximately 50 products. Pet food sold in 150 local pet stores, and people food business is steadily expanding in grocery stores.
